I really enjoyed staying here. the room was nicely air-conditioned, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. My room had central heating, a safe for my valuables, and a TV with many channels to choose from. Overall, it was a cozy and convenient stay! 🌟

It exceeded all expectations, I would stay there again. The hotel is quaint has a really nice style and everything is very good! Also, the location is peaceful, minutes from an ornate footbridge. The venue is in the cute zone. The staff is genuinely helpful, they ensure you have a fun time here.

The hotel is conveniently located around 15 km from the airport, offering a comfortable double room with a decent-sized bathroom suitable for a family with children and a queen bed.

The place was tidy and the staff were super nice and helpful. the food was delicious and there were so many choices to pick from! 🍴

The location of the hotel is great, maybe a bit noisy in the morning when the gondolas are passing by under your window..but that adds to the charm, the room was small but cozy, the price was reasonable.

For one night stayed at their Annex-dark, dingy, not terribly maintained- then able to switch to main hotel. Is on a noisy street and did not look the huge tourist crowd so near to San Marco.

I can recommend this place and would book here again. the hotel was quaint and tidy with incredibly attentive staff members. - I had a double room that also was complete with three beds and a good shower. - I enjoyed the food - it was good.

I have stayed here before, it's still a good small hotel. Everything was wonderful, including outstandingly accommodating and super-friendly staff with service until midnight. This was a particularly good location near to the stops, the landmarks and transportation, and the island of Murano.

Fantastic location between the Rialto and San Marco. Good sized room and nice breakfast.

The WiFi system was very poor. You needed to get a code and it only worked in the reception area, although the reception staff didnt tell you this. I heard other guests talking at breakfast that they were experiencing the same problems. It was left to one of the breakfast staff to be open and admit that there was no WiFi coverage in the rooms. For the high price of the hotel I expected much better.

The staff promptly assisted with door trouble. The room had three beds, good air conditioning, and comfy beds. The location was ideal between Rialto and St Mark's Square. a convenient and friendly stay.
